Just so you guys all know about this incase you didn't already (the dates have been in the important dates thread for a couple months now) fucken  the fantastic weekend trip to Royridge will be happening:

Friday 12th - Sunday 14th March 2010

The bunkhouse is booked out for ourselves and we have 30 spaces. The basic plan at the moment is head up Friday night, boat as much as possible (I'll be upset if it's less than 5 rivers over the weekend) and back down late Sunday night.

I'll start adding more names to the list below in the next couple weeks, but get that weekend off work and have it free!

Total cost is £35 as in previous years to cover the bunkhouse, fuel, breakfast Saturday and Sunday and dinner on Saturday night. This will be due before we leave on the Friday.

For those taking your own cars up, the cost will be £26 to cover food and accomodation.

Deposits are £20 please to secure your place, due by Monday 15th Feb, after which I'll open it up to the "maybes" and any more folk that are on the reserve list by that point.

Attending:

1. Dave M (full)           2. Laura (full)          3. Jen (full)           4. Mark (deposit)
5. Ruairidh (deposit)   6. Jonathon (deposit)              4. Steve (deposit)         6. Murray (full)
9. Hibby (on its way)              10. Ewan A (full)             11. Haydn (deposit)          12. Chris M ??(deposit)
13. Alex (deposit)            14. Fiona (deposit)           15. Gordon (deposit+£10)            16. Dave B (deposit)

Plan for the weekend....

Friday:

* Vehicles should be at the store by 4pm so meet up between then and 5pm. Don't worry is you have clases until 5, we'll wait for you but do try to get there as soon as you can.
* Get out of Glasgow as close to 5.30pm as possible.
* Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum for dinner - http://www.therealfoodcafe.com/ click "menu" for a look. They do other stuff besides chips. If you don't fancy that then bring some stuff with you. The club doesn't provide food on Friday.
* Arrive at the bunkhouse not too late hopefully.

Saturday:

* Bacon sandwiches for breakfast.
* Find some rivers to paddle or alternative fun if the water is still frozen.
* Selection of pasta dishes for dinner.
* Drinking games etc...

Sunday:

* More bacon for breakfast.
* Pack up, tidy and leave the bunkhouse asap
* Find some rivers.
* Possibly another stop at the Real Food Cafe or just wait till we're home for dinner.
* Back to the store sometime in the evening I guess.

Some important notes:

* Do NOT bring sleeping bags - there is bed linen provided and the bunkhouse doesn't want us using sleeping bags.
* Bring booze or soft drinks with you. We will probably have time to go to Fort William on Saturday but depends where we all end up.
* Bring any paddling kit you have including warm thermals.
* Bring skis, snowboards if you want to have that option.
* Bring walking boots, waterproofs if we end up climbing a hill or sledging.
* Bring stuff for lunch/nibbles during the day/in the evening.
* BRING THE REMAINDER OF THE MONEY YOU OWE FOR THE TRIP.
* and most importantly the sauna takes £1 coins so bring some if you fancy using it!
